Our refund policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a refund on the Smart Shield, you must first have put your full funding capabilities through the system as well as verified your ID, with the shield having been issued to you AND be within 14 days of purchase
be within 7 days of purchase and not have verified your ID (or any additional ID) or ANY funding capabilities.
You do not need a specific reason for requiring the refund although we will seek to understand the reason for your change of mind, so that we may improve our offering over time.
If your Smart Shield is has been verified by anyone up to the moment of issuing the refund, the refund will not be issued as the Smart Shield will have been, at that point, verified as being used as intended. Any Smart Shield serials will be marked VOID in our records and return this value in any verification by any party after the issue of the refund.
If you qualify for a refund as per the previous paragraph, we will also refund you for any add-on purchases, such as Refreshes or Bid-Busters bought in a bundle with a Smart Shield.
We do not and will not offer refunds for any Refreshes or Bid-Busters sold individually or in bundles which don’t include a Smart Shield.
Any gift items / gift cards are non-refundable.
If your refund is approved, then the appropriate amount will be applied to the original payment method immediately after approval of the refund. The length of time between that and the money showing up on your account is variable, given the wide array of payment options we accept.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We offer or will offer gift packages. Gift packages are only returnable by the purchaser, and require adherence to the general return conditions above.
